are a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization made up of concerned and enthusiastic
residents, property owners, and business owners working to improve Biddeford's
downtown.
The HoB is based on the Main Street Maine program which has helped over
1700 towns and cities nationwide to improve their own downtowns. For
